Testimonials
From our students
"I just wanted thank you guys... I enrolled and attended your 'Acting 101'
class last year. I had no experience whatsoever in theatre and acting.
"After attending the course, I later
auditioned for the lead role of “Jesus” in the
production 'Jesus Christ Superstar' run by Queanbeyan Players. I
was fortunate to be given the opportunity to play the role.
"I believe the experience I gained with your
classes gave me the confidence and ability to perform under the
audition pressure - so thank you to CADA for your great work."
David, 'Acting 101', Term 3, 2010
"My daughter
and I both benefit greatly from your weekly lesson. I've got very
favourable feedback on my recent presentation at work, hearing people
say to me, 'It feels like a new person emerged.' In terms of my
daughter, you've magically turned her from a shy girl to a very
confident speaker."

“I’ve so far enjoyed every minute of this course. I’ve never
looked so deeply into drama training before. I’m three times the analytical
actor I was before and it’s only been six weeks. I can’t think of a better
start to actor training at my age.”
Brendan, 18, The Actor's Craft/Certificate III in Performance (Acting), 2011
“I had high expectations coming into this course. The level of
professionalism, skill and care the teachers have shown has surpassed my
wildest expectations.”
Jeremy, 21, The Actor's Craft/Certificate III in Performance (Acting), 2011
“This course is unreal! To have a course like this in Canberra is
awesome. The teachers and other students are incredibly talented. I’m really
happy with the quality of the teaching and I recommend it to anyone who’s looking
for a career path in performance.”
Tess, 23, The Actor's Craft/Certificate III in Performance (Acting), 2011
“This course asks for your whole attention and participation.
Lovin’ it!”
Jay, 18, The Actor's Craft/Certificate III in Performance (Acting), 2011
“This is the best thing I have done in such a long time. It has
been everything I hoped for.”

About our students and corporate work
"Thank you so much for the CADA presentation of 'Pride and Prejudice in Ten Minutes Flat' at
our anniversary event at Questacon on 13 April, 2011. It
really was fantastic and our appreciation also goes to the writer, director, and
actors for their abundant creativity and entertaining production. The actors did such a wonderful job in performing the work in a
venue that they had only seen an hour before they went on stage in front of a
large and diverse audience. Everyone really loved it and were amazed that the
story could be told so well in ten minutes. It was a perfect presentation to
include in the 'Brilliant Idea: One Year On'
event program, a celebration of achievements of the ACT women’s microcredit
program through speakers, live presentations and business displays."
Su Hodge, Program Manager, Lighthouse Business Innovation Centre
"I have been very impressed with the assistance CADA provided me
with in developing an educational DVD. CADA responded promptly to my
request for two actors and identified two students who met the required
specifications for each role. The students themselves brought a high
degree of professionalism, commitment, ability and enthusiasm to the
project. I am most grateful to the students and CADA for their
contribution to developing a quality product."
